Is this the Avendra login?
This is the Fredi & Sons client portal for your Fredi & Sons product program. It is separate from Avendra’s own systems. We verify the applicable program before issuing access.
Will we receive pricing specific to our brand?
Yes. Once your property and program are confirmed, we configure the applicable products and agreed pricing for your account. Pricing, minimum quantities, and lead times depend on the approved specification and program.
Can we order and see our previous requests?
Approved users can submit order requests and review the request history available in their portal. Our team confirms each order’s commercial and delivery details. If you need older purchases added to the program review, ask your account team.
Can you help forecast our next order?
Yes. Our team can help plan replenishment using your stock levels, expected usage, occupancy, and required delivery dates. Estimates depend on the information supplied and are reviewed with you.
Can we develop new products or custom packaging?
Yes. We can review branded slippers, embroidery, heat stamping, slipper and laundry bags, and coordinated packaging. Custom work proceeds through specification, sampling, and commercial approval.
